Thank you for shopping with Big Back Chocolates! Because our handcrafted stuffed chocolate bars are temperature-sensitive, we take extra steps to protect your order and ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully.

📅 Shipping Days

To avoid weekend delays that could compromise product quality, we only ship orders Monday through Thursday.

-Orders placed after 4 PM PST on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

❄️ Temperature-Sensitive Shipping

All orders are packed with care, using insulated liners and a cold pack to help protect against heat during transit.

However, please note:

-The ice pack may melt in transit, especially in warm climates or longer deliveries.

-We cannot control external conditions once your order leaves our facility.

⚠️ Choose Express Shipping

To protect your order, we strongly encourage selecting the fastest shipping option available at checkout.

-Big Back Chocolates is not responsible for melting or product damage if standard or economy shipping is selected during warm weather.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

-Delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

-Missed deliveries or packages left outside for extended periods.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. We recommend monitoring your tracking closely and retrieving your package as soon as it’s delivered.
